Our Policy
1. Consultation and Lash Health: New clients receive a complimentary 15-minute consultation for personalized lash styling, ensuring your lash health is preserved.
2. Pricing and Changes: Prices may vary based on lash health and styling, with all changes discussed before your appointment.
3. Cancellation and No-Show: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations to avoid a 40% fee. No call-No-shows will incur a 100%
service fee charge.
4. Appointment Scheduling: Same-day appointments are exclusive to our membership program clients; please schedule in advance.
5. Late Arrivals: A $15 late fee applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, and after 20 minutes, your appointment may be canceled.
6. Accompanying Guests: Notify us in advance if you'll have an additional person with you during the appointment.
